All phone calls with customers go directly to engineers who will be actually assisting you with a problem at hand. We have engineering centers in US, Eastern Europe, Singapore and Brazil.
We use JIRA to manage all customer issues. JIRA is a leading provider of ticketing and problem management software. Issues placed via telephone will be also logged into JIRA where customers can track them, modify priority and raise other issues.
Up to 15 JIRA accounts are created at no charge. Additional JIRA accounts are $25 each.
Once the number of base hours has been exhausted, customers can purchase additional blocks of hours at $80 per hour.
